Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Hong Kong — Free shipping on all orders over HK$800. Standard delivery: 1–3 business days. Express delivery available at checkout.

International — We ship to select regions including Taiwan, Macau, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by region (typically 5–14 business days).

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. PHINTH is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Changes

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For lost packages, please allow 7 days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
